History of Sailun car tyres

Sailun has become one of the leading manufacturers of mid-range tyres. Founded in 2002 with a vision to create the latest, most innovative technology in tyre manufacturing Sailun formed a partnership with the Qingdao University of Science and Technology, the only engineering program in the world focused solely on rubber technologies. This allows them access to the best engineers available.

With a vision of creating the best tyre producing technology, Sailun has created some of the best tyre production machinery in the world and is constantly updating and upgrading its facilities with the most advanced equipment possible.

Sailun have one of the most stringent tyre inspection processes

Sailun regards quality assurance to be of the uttermost importance. All aspects of the production line are assessed for quality, from the rubber used, right through to the finished product. Their advanced tracking system records the status of each tyre produced from the beginning of production, right up until the tyre is delivered to the customer.

Each tyre undergoes a thorough inspection before it leaves the factory to ensure it meets international requirements and expectations.

Sailun tyres perform well all year round. Their large solid shoulder blocks help reduce the damage caused by kerbs and the deep grooves on the tyre threads ensure you are kept on the road.
