Terms of Payment for mail orders
Tyresavings.com shall be entitled to payment in full for the price of the goods (including VAT and delivery costs) on the date of the customer's order for all mail orders. The customer shall be obliged to pay the full price of the goods at the time of order by credit/debit card.
If the customer fails to make payment or if the payment is declined/not authorised by the issuer of the customer's credit/debit card when processed by Tyresavings.com then, Tyresavings.com shall be entitled to cancel the contract and stop any further deliveries to the Customer.
Delivery of mail orders
Delivery of the goods shall be made by Tyresavings.com's nominated courier, to the delivery address provided by the customer on the order confirmation. Tyresavings.com holds no liability for failures in delivery where incorrect information has been provided on the customer's order.
Dates quoted for mail order delivery are approximate only and not guaranteed. Tyresavings.com shall not be liable for any delay in delivery of the goods howsoever caused.
If the customer fails to take delivery of the Goods or does not give Tyresavings.com adequate delivery instructions on the customer's order then, without prejudice to any other right or remedy available to Tyresavings.com, they may:
- store the goods until delivery has taken place and charge the customer for the reasonable costs; or
- return the goods to the supplier and charge the customer for any costs incurred of return.
The customer is required to sign the courier's delivery note as acknowledgement of receipt of the goods. This shall constitute absolute proof of delivery of the items specified in it.
Risk and property of mail order goods
Risk of loss or damage of goods shall pass to the customer at the time delivery to the delivery address provided on the customer's order and all sums due by the customer to Tyresavings.com have been paid in full.
Mail order returns
The customer is entitled to return goods within 14 days of the day after the day of delivery of the goods to the customer. The responsibility for the costs of returning the goods lies with the customer.
The customer shall be entitled to cancel the contract, return the goods and receive a full refund, providing that the goods have not been used, are in the same good condition in which they were received and are returned to Tyresavings.com. Refunds to the customer are at the discretion of Tyresavings.com.
Customers returning goods directly to Tyresavings.com must do so within 14 days of the date cancellation is requested. There are no additional restocking or administrational charges added for returning goods. This is in accordance with distance selling regulations.
